Co-founder and Executive Director of the HundrED, a mission-driven organization focusing on identifying, amplifying, and implementing education innovations, Lasse Leponiemi has been working with youth education and career planning since 2003. In 2008, he founded an e-student counseling and marketing service whose clientele included everyone in Finland who was interested in university studies, reaching more than 100,000 students monthly.
